What is Wandsworth Life?
Wandsworth Life is our church’s effort to secure a multi-use property in Wandsworth to host community events, youth programs, family support initiatives, and more. This space will be a hub for transformation and connection.
How can we achieve this?
We warmly invite every member of our congregation to engage in our upcoming fundraising initiatives, with the goal of raising £2,000 to support our essential church programs and community outreach. There are so many creative ways to get involved and contribute! From hosting captivating evening events like dramas and free concerts that entertain and uplift, to organizing daytime fitness classes and workshops tailored for families and older adults, we aim to foster learning and connection in our community.
Our youth programs are particularly crucial, especially those focused on preventing gang involvement. We encourage everyone to take part in these initiatives to make a meaningful, positive difference in the lives of our young people.
Additionally, we seek to create modern, family-friendly spaces where members can come together, socialize, seek guidance, and find support. We’re also excited about further fundraising ideas such as food and bakery sales, art shows, youth football sessions, and other engaging events that celebrate and showcase our community’s incredible talent and spirit.
